How to use Suncoli Detection Paper

1. Open the test paper pouch by rubbing your thumb and forefinger together.
2. Push the test paper up from below the perforated line. Hold the part above the perforated line and avoid touching the area below it.
3. Dip the entire perforated section of the test paper into the sample (wait about 3 seconds), ensuring not to touch any other parts.
4. Place the test paper back into the pouch (align the perforated line with the zip part). Hold the paper from outside the pouch and tear along the perforated line.
5. Place the pouch on a flat surface and flatten it. Then use your finger to push from the bottom of the pouch upwards along the zip to expel all air.
6. Place the test paper into an incubator and incubate at the specified temperature and time for each type of microorganism.
